I'm new, I'm lost, show me the how to create account, please?
  1. Click "Register" on the top right of the website
    • You will then be taken to the Register Account page.
       
  2. Fill up your required information
    • For your telephone number, pick your country code and fill up the numbers without the country code.
    • ex: your number is +60123456789, your country code is +60, so just fill in 123456789.
    • Please recheck your email registered
       
  3. Click "continue" once you have completed.
    • You will be taken to your Account page. Here you can update your profile if needed.
    • In the future, you can check your order history, reward points and order status from this page.
How do I order the parts?
  1. If you have an account, please log in to your account.
     
  2. Search for the parts that you need by using the search function on the top of the page or use the categories.
     
  3. Once you found the product, click on the product image to go to the product page.
     
  4. You also go to the categories. And see the list of categories and select from it.
     
  5. Click "ADD TO CART"
     
  6. The product will be added to your cart and popup of your cart appear.
    • You may add quantity or remove the item from your cart.
    • You can estimate the shipping charge here
       
  7. Repeat the steps to add another product
     
  8. If you have completed the purchase, scroll up to the page and click on the shopping cart icon and click “CHECKOUT
     
  9. Once you click "CHECKOUT" it will lead you to the checkout page.
     
  10. At the checkout page, you have to provide us with this info.
    • Billing Details- The details that you want to use in the invoice
    • Delivery Details - The details that you want to use for us to ship the item
    • Delivery Method - Select the courier that you prefer or the self collect at our HQ Penang
    • Payment Method - Please select the preferred payment method to use on this order.
  11. Click "CONTINUE"
     
  12. You will be directed to the payment page
Tell me more about your product page?
  1. Pricing - The price shown is for 1 unit.
    • The Tier Pricing is stated at the bottom of the original price.
      • Ex: If you buy 1 unit, the price is RM46.00.
      • If you buy 10 units, the price is RM42.50/unit.
      • If you buy 30 units, the price RM36.80/Unit
         
  2. Availability - The number shows the product quantity that is currently available.
    • The colour of the circle represents the quantity level:
      • Green = Stock available
      • Yellow = Low in stock
      • Red = Out of stock
         
    • If it shows green and no quantity is shown, instead it shows the duration (ex:1-2weeks), this means the product will only be ship to you after the stated duration (in this case, 1-2 weeks later).
    • If it shows red, the "ADD TO CART" icon will be replaced by the "NOTIFY ME" icon. Click "NOTIFY ME" and we will email you once the product is available.
       
  3. Warranty Period - Is the period of time that warrant free repair and adjustment services in case of a malfunction occurred under normal use that has followed instruction manuals
     
  4. Shipping- You may estimate your shipping charges here
     
  5. Accessories you may need - This is the list of compatible accessories for this product. You may add this item directly from here or go to the product page to see the details

Why I can't use my coupon code? How to use it?
  1. Please check the terms and the condition and the validity of the coupon code.
     
  2. Make sure you log in to your account, the coupon code only valid when you log in.
     
  3. There is a coupon code section on the checkout page.
     
  4. If you have any problem with the coupon code, please email us the coupon code details to support@cytron.io.

  1. Log in to your account.
     
  2. Make your order as usual.
     
  3. Your CytronCash will automatically show up in your shopping cart. Easy, nothing has to be done.
     
  4. Pay the balance.
     
  5. You can always check your CytronCash balance in your account under "TRANSACTION"
I have ordered, what are the meaning of the status?

After you have ordered, you can check the status of your order at order history. These are all the possible status and what it means:

  • Unpaid - You have completed the order but payment is not made yet. It could also mean that you have selected Bank Transfer as a payment option but haven't uploaded the bank slip.
  • Paid - You have successfully made your payment.
  • Failed - You have completed the order but the payment failed. If you are sure that payment was made, please contact us at sales@cytron.io with your bank slip or any proof of payment. 
  • We've received you order - We have received your payment, yeah! We are now busy preparing the documents.
  • We're packing your order - Documents ready and we are now packing your order.
  • Packed - Your order has been packed, sealed and ready to ship. We are waiting for the courier to collect it. 
  • Shipped - The status says it all, your order is now on the way to you. We have shipped your order out.
  • Cancelled - Your order was not completed or payment has failed. We have cancelled your order and all the CytronCash used are refunded.
  • Refunded - Your order has been cancelled through order history (this action only available for order with Paid status). You money has been refunded in your CytronCash account.
Tick.Tock.I can't wait any longer, how do I trace my parcel?
  1. After we ship your order, we will email you the courier tracking number with a link.
     
  2. Alternatively, you can check the courier tracking number in your order history under "My Account" or click on this link.
     
  3. To trace your parcel, please click on the link that is provided.
     
  4. If there are problems with the parcel, please contact the courier company hotline directly.
I smell something burning! How do I claim for warranty?

How to Claim Warranty

1 to 1 Replacement Warranty

Did you just receive your parts and it is defective. If it's within 7 days from the date you receive it, you are eligible for 1 to 1 replacement warranty

  1. Click on the “SUPPORT” tab on the navigation bar or click here
  2. It will lead you to the “Support, Warranty & Return” page. Fill up all the details and click “CONTINUE”.
  3. Our technical team will contact you through email to assist you with your issues as soon as possible.

Normal Warranty

  1. All products unless otherwise specified
    • 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects
    • We will not make any warranties or accept any responsibility for any misuse by the user.
    • To report your product's failure or problem, please click here.
    • It will lead you to the “Support, Warranty & Return” page. Fill up all the details and click “CONTINUE”.
    • Our technical team will contact you to help troubleshoot and verify the problem. If the product is required to be returned, we will provide you with the warranty form.
    • Every product return must be accompanied by the warranty form, else it will not be processed.
    • It takes 7 working days to troubleshoot, repair and test the warranty product from the date of receiving.
       
  2.  Lithium-Ion and Lithium-Polymer Batteries
    • 1-week warranty for manufacturing defects
       
  3. Electronic components (such as IC, Capacitor, Crystal, Relays, Switches)
    • There is no warranty for all electronic components
