Lighting Up the WS2812 RGB LED

This guide will show you how to light up the WS2812 RGB LED on your Maker Uno RP2040 board using Arduino Programming language. There are two on-board RGB LEDs, both of which are controlled by the same pin, GP25. 

Note: You will need to install the Adafruit_NeoPixel library to use this code. 

1. Open the Arduino IDE and make sure the correct board and COM port are selected.

2. Copy and paste the following code to your Arduino IDE.

3. Verify and Upload the sketch to your Maker Uno RP2040. The expected output is that the RGB LEDs will light individually in three different colors sequentially until they turn off, and then repeat.
